At Hancock Homes Realty, Inc. (“Hancock Homes”) we believe your privacy is important.  This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes our policies and proceduresforthe collection, storage and use of your personal data.

This Privacy Policy does not reflect the practices of third parties that we do not own or control including, but not limited to, third party websites, preferred vendors and other services (“Third Party Service Providers”) that you elect to access through www.hancockhomes.com (the “Website”), and/or the content, services, and applications we offer through the Website, (collectively, the “Site Services”). While we may facilitate access to Third Party Service Providers, we are not responsible for their privacy policies and procedures.  We encourage you to carefully review the applicable privacy policies and procedures of each Third Party Service Provider you contact or access via our Site Services.

Your Personal Information may be stored by Hancock Homes on the servers of one or more cloud data management services, on one or more hard drives, within various software applications,in various digital formats and in hard copy format.  Hancock Homes may retain your Personal Information for as long as legally obligated to do soand/or as long as needed to meet our security and operational goals.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and all acts and transactions pursuant hereto and the rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of law.All claims arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of Los Angeles County, California, USA.  You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

California Privacy Rights

Limitation of Liability

By providing Hancock Homes with any Personal Information, you expressly and unconditionally release and hold harmless Hancock Homes, its officers, directors, employees, brokers and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use and/or misuse of your collected Personal Information.

Children Under Thirteen

Hancock Homes Realty does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use www.hancockhomes.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.

Updating Personal Information
