Jill is a native New Yorker who grew up on the south shore of Long Island. She earned her BA in Psychology from Hunter College, City University of New York, and later graduated from Fordham University Law School at Lincoln Center with her law degree. Jill is licensed to practice law in both California and New York.
Approximately 25 years ago, Jill moved to Los Angeles, where she practiced securities fraud class action law, representing plaintiff investors for around twelve years. During her legal career, Jill showcased her attention to detail and ability to organize and track various processes simultaneously, managing discovery teams and document reviews in multiple complex cases.
As the Real Estate Broker of Record at Hancock Homes Realty, Jill oversees all transactions, meticulously drafting and reviewing documents, and ensuring compliance with real estate requirements. Her exceptional negotiating skills and adept client interactions are crucial at significant points in real estate sales transactions.
Jill also has significant experience in home design and renovation. She has managed numerous whole-home renovation projects for an investor client and often assists homeowner clients with various degrees of home renovations, both in preparation for sale and after purchase. With a keen eye for design and extensive experience and education in various forms of fine arts, Jill brings a unique perspective to her clients.
Jill is a devoted mother of two teenage sons, Jackson Henry and Liam Hudson, and is an active parent at Larchmont Charter School, where both boys are students.
