Danielle Renteria grew up right here in Southern California, providing her the perfect setting to pursue her artistic interests and active lifestyle. Whether it’s a scenic mountain trail hike, a stroll through up-and-coming neighborhoods, or just the perfect skyline in an epic photo, there’s always something worthwhile for Danielle in her SoCal surroundings she calls home.
Always part of the action, Danielle was the Vice President of a nationally recognized business club, Students in Free Enterprise and worked full-time as the Operations/Hiring manager for 2 locations at Urban Outfitters, all while attending college. After graduating with her Business Degree at California State University, Los Angeles, Danielle continued her professional career in Human Resources as the Human Resources Information Systems Coordinator at Equinox. There she effectively managed various HR needs all 3000+ employees across all Equinox gyms in California.
Danielle launched her real estate career by screening & recruiting job applicants with skills and experience in title, escrow, mortgage, and real estate; placing those employees with well-respected companies in the area. She quickly learned the ins and outs of the industry and realized her strong interest in the various functions of the real estate world. Her time spent recruiting ultimately lead Danielle to John and Jill at Hancock Homes Realty, where she found her passion as the Director of Operations.
