John and his office were tremendous to work with, both in selling my old home and buying my new one. John is forthright, warm, quite knowledgeable about market trends, and very skilled in the art of negotiation. He and his staff were always there to respond to my questions, look at properties, make calls on my behalf, and generally field my anxiety that came with such life altering decisions.
